Dr. David Sycamore

Dr. Sycamore is an allergist and board certified otolaryngologist. He has been practicing locally since 2010. He is friendly and approachable and likes to explain the cause of your problems and how to make things better. He enjoys pediatric otolaryngology and is great with kids and their parents. As an ear, nose, and throat specialist, he focuses on problems relating to the head and neck region, as well as treatment of allergies and asthma. He performs surgeries of the head and neck, including tonsillectomy, ear tubes, traditional sinus surgery, balloon sinuplasty, thyroidectomy, parotidectomy, and others.

He has a special interest in allergy treatments, sinus surgery, thyroid nodules and surgery, and pediatric ENT.

Dr. Sycamore is a family man with a love for reading, travel, gardening, and of course, kids. He likes kids so much that he has six of his own!

Dr. Sycamore spends time with his patients and tries to make sure that they understand the reasons for their medical problems and have their questions answered before they leave the office.

Joanne Galyen PA-C

Joanne Galyen is a physician assistant that has been practicing since 2008.  She first started working in ENT while living in the Rio Grande Valley.  She moved to Houston in 2008 and continued working in ENT for another 3 years.  She has over 4 years experience working in the ENT specialty and has a special interest in pediatric ENT.  Joanne grew up in McAllen, TX and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Pan American (now known as the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.  She went on to receive her Masters from this program in 2010.

Joanne is a proud mother of two children, Jasmine and Grayson.  She has been married to her husband, Derek Galyen, for 8 years.  She enjoys watching baseball and football with her husband.  She is an Astro’s fan and he is a Cub’s fan!  Mrs. Galyen loves going out to eat at different restaurants, running and reading Harry Potter.













Christina Massey

Christina Massey has worked in the Audiology field most her life with her mother, who is a 40 year experienced Audiologist.  She graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2004 with a BA in Mathematics and shortly thereafter started teaching 7th grade math. In 2005 she officially started working at her families’ clinic Audiology and Hearing Aids of the Woodlands as a marketing director, patient care coordinator and hearing aid technician.  In 2007 she began her training to become certified as a hearing Instrument Specialist. In 2010 she became licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.  Since then she opened two clinics, one in Montgomery and one in Kingwood which she sold in 2014.

Throughout her career she has worked in a variety of industries, but no position has been more rewarding then the one she currently holds. Being able to assist those with hearing loss and seeing the improvement in their lives, and the lives of others, is extremely fulfilling. Hearing matters and she enjoys playing a part in helping her patients discover just that!  She is very proud to work for Parkway ENT, a company that is dedicated to helping people with hearing loss with the very latest technology.

She is a proud mother of two children, Audrey and Finley and two dogs, Jax and Tux.  She has been married to Mike for 13 years. They are avid Fans of the Houston Texans.
